Because of that, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Make sure you check sizing, color, and product details before purchasing.

Many of these are upcycled garments that have been individually hand-painted.

That means:

• Each piece will have natural imperfections
• Paint placement will vary
• Signs of previous wear may exist

That’s the point. You’re buying something real, not factory-perfect.

SIZING

All items are listed with their tagged size.

Because these are sourced garments, fit may vary slightly by brand and age. If you’re unsure, size up.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wear it. Mess it up. Live in it.

To keep it looking its best:

• Wash cold, inside out
• Air dry recommended
• Avoid heavy heat

Paint is made to last, but nothing lasts forever.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, we’ll make it right.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Once shipped, Paint Factory is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier issues.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

You may be responsible for import taxes or duties depending on your country. These are not included at checkout.
